Ultimate Salt Scrub is my number one spa-at-home product. It has got an incredible spirit lifting fragrance as well as being brilliantly effective at delivering super smooth skin.
1. Massage Ultimate Salt Scrub onto clean damp skin using firm circular motions moving from your feet upwards.
2. Once your whole body is covered in Salt Scrub, step into a warm bath and soak in the water for 10 minutes. The heat from the water will encourage the nourishing oils to absorb deep into the skin and will help muscles to relax.
3. After soaking for 10 minutes rub off any excess scrub and then blast skin all over with cold water (the colder the better) for two minutes. This will help stimulate the flow of blood in the body and give skin a healthy glow.
4. Step out of the bath and dry off. Skin will feel springy, soft and ultra-moisturised. Repeat the detox treatment three times a week.
Start to exfoliate your skin two to three times a week for at least a few months before your big day
Massage Ultimate Salt Scrub into dry skin before you turn on the shower for even softer, smoother limbs.
Supercharge your exfoliator by mixing it with a squeeze of lemon or lime juice
If you're having a tan, make sure you exfoliate a day or two before for best results
Kick start your exfoliation regime again on your honeymoon to help your self tan fade evenly and your natural tan take its place.
Sanctuary Spa are celebrating the success of Ultimate Salt Scrub (RRP £11.50); until 28th February they're donating ALL the money from the sales of the best-selling product on Sanctuary.com to their chosen charity Wellbeing of Women. Sanctuary Spa is using the money raised to support a crucial womb cancer research project being pioneered at St. Bart's Cancer Institute London that will undoubtedly save lives.
Wellbeing of Women is the charity investing in the future health of women and babies. Established in 1964, Wellbeing of Women invest in research projects and allocate funds towards the training of specialist doctors and midwives.
While investment in medical research has led to drastic improvements in the survival rates for many other cancers, sadly, almost 8,000 new cases of womb cancer are diagnosed every year in the UK.
